“Un Kilo de Ayuda” for Mexico
1.2 million children in Mexico are undernourished. The NGO “Un Kilo de Ayuda” seeks to end this situation. Rene Sosa, fundraising responsable, provided participants of the fourth Inclusive Business Lunch at the endeva office in Berlin with insight into the work of the NGO, Via an integrated approach including nutritional surveillance, education and packages, amongst others, Un Kilo de Ayuda aims to eradicate malnutrition in Mexico by the year 2023. The event was organized by Jorge Pérez, research fellow at endeva via the “Managing Global Governance” programme of DIE and InWent, and Research- Professor at Mora Institute and Anahuac University in Mexico. Jorge and Rene prepared Chilaquiles, a typical Mexican dish, for participants to sample.
