Endeva operates as a network of experts in the domains of inclusive business and sustainable development. For each project, we set up a team with just the right skills and expertise.

• The institute is managed and directed by the founders, Christina Gradl and Aline Krämer. They set up project teams, provide guidance to each project, organize the transfer of knowledge between projects and make sure the highest quality standards are maintained. In addition, Claudia Knobloch directs our work on inclusive business in the energy sector. 

• Our associated experts are regularly involved in projects and in the organizational development of the institute.

• Additional experts are drawn in on demand as reviewers or to provide specific input or contacts as necessary.

What binds us together in our collaboration is a set of values that we aim to uphold on each project and to continuously develop further. Here you can see how these values apply to each of the four dimensions of our work – problems, partners, people, projects.
