Our work at endeva is always project-based.

On each project, we bring our partners together with a unique team of people to solve a concrete problem. As an independent institute, our projects build, share and apply knowledge about enterprise solutions for development.

We organize our projects to be open and transparent, where the knowledge and experience of all relevant parties can contribute to the best possible end result. Wherever possible, we make the results available to the public.

With our projects, we tackle issues at every step of the development process of an inclusive business model:

• Development: identifying opportunities, analyzing the market, finding business model solutions, developing products
• Implementation: securing funding, engaging partners from various sectors, leveraging local capabilities, testing the model
• Growth: understanding impact, adapting the model, expanding the model locally, transferring the model to other countries
