ProjectCreating awareness on Boehringer Ingelheim's 'Making More Health' Initiative

Project Context

Making More Health (MMH) is a global initiative to identify, support and scale entrepreneurial solutions to global health challenges. The pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim, in partnership with the non-governmental organization Ashoka, explores innovative pathways and social business models that improve the health of individuals, families and communities.

Project Objective

The objective of the project was to support Boehringer Ingelheim in improving awareness and understanding about social entrepreneurship and the business case for MMH by internal and external audiences across the globe. An explainer video format was suggested as the most appropriate tool to convey the message in meetings, conferences and online. Besides explaining the background and purpose of the MMH initiative, the videos emphasize the business case for creating shared value and demonstrate the importance of partnership to ensure sustainable success.

Project Output

Endeva developed a strategic communication concept and co-created the content of the explainer videos. The project resulted in three videos:

  1. Win-win: Explains the foundations on which MMH is built, and that the creation of shared value for both business and society is possible and necessary.
  2. Business case: Explains the business case of MMH.
  3. MMH network: Explains how MMH is built around an open network and non-traditional partnerships.
