ProjectMarket Study on Inclusive Business in the Indian Energy Sector

Project context

India is in need of energy. Approximately 400 million rural inhabitants do not have access to electricity, which impedes social and economic development. At the same time, the expanding cities and the prospering economy require energy to power further growth. The domestic energy demand is estimated to double by 2030.
